Authority in military command is organized into four levels that define how much control a higher commander has over forces. The top level, Combatant Command (COCOM), gives broad authority to organize and employ forces within a geographic or functional area to accomplish assigned missions. Below that, Operational Control (OPCON) allows directing forces to perform tasks and maneuver them for an operation, but without taking on the unit’s administrative responsibilities. Next is Tactical Control (TACON), which authorizes directing the execution of specific tactical actions and maneuvers at the unit level within an operation. The most limited level is Administrative Control (ADCON), covering routine admin and support tasks such as personnel, logistics, and maintenance, rather than how forces are employed in combat.

So, the four command relationship levels are COCOM, OPCON, TACON, and ADCON. The other options mix in terms that aren’t formal levels (like Unity of Command or generic “Support”) or include concepts that aren’t part of the standard four-level structure.
